Do You Have Trauma?

People have said to me that they don’t have any trauma. They just like Effiji Breathwork because it feels great.

Most think trauma is only tragic, dramatic events. But if you find yourself over-pleasing, worrying about the future all the time, anxious, often angry, reactive, blaming others, or thinking you’re no good or incapable, then you’re likely just acting from a pattern that arose from trauma.

Trauma is what you’re living with that remains unresolved.

You don’t need to know the original trauma(s) you just need to know what you are experiencing right now because right now is when you’re suffering.

This can be hard because the programs that arise from trauma are designed to keep you from pain but they end up keeping you from self-awareness.

In order to bypass the gatekeeping of a trauma program you must go past the mind’s ability of controlling your access. This is one of the main values of Effiji Breathwork; to get past your unconscious protections and rediscover and reclaim the energy lost at the time of trauma.

You also don’t need to know what you’re experiencing during an Effiji Breathwork session, you just have to be willing to breathe and it’s guaranteed to unlock the gate and allow you access to your energy and wisdom.
