There is an inhale and there is an exhale. They belong together. The inhale is the preparation, and the exhale is the release. The inhale is the upbeat and the exhale is the downbeat. Our community breath is the inhale. It is the Soul Activation which is the preparation for the exhale, which is Trauma Release. One of the many reasons Effiji focuses on the inhale is because that in-breath is taking in the qi or life-force of the universe; without which the exhale isn’t powerful enough to release trauma. There are many breathing techniques when you consider inhale and exhale, nose and mouth, left side and right side, and then different timings and holdings of the breath. Breathwork has many options. Effiji is pure mouth breathing. We do this for the maximum release of trauma in the shortest amount of time. The inhale is the preparation for the exhale. They are tied together at two ends of a pole just as life prepares for death. You need both. |
