Dealing with Your Blindspot

That mirror on the side of your car allows you to see into your blind spot. It’s what prevents you from getting into an accident and it’s your ability to look into yourself that prevents you from crashing your life. 

Your mind is your blind spot. 

The same mind you use to solve most of life’s problems is also the one filtering everything through the lens of past traumatic events. It’s like you need glasses to see but you don’t know it. You think how you see it is the way it is. 

The mind is designed to see in a way that will keep you safe and is therefore always on the lookout for threats. It’s actually constructing evidence of potential threats and making your life a loop of the past events it is trying to avoid. 

It’s hard to believe there is a car over to the left slightly behind you. Your mind doesn’t believe anything it can’t see… which is A LOT. It turns out you are wayyyy deeper than the reality your mind thinks about. 

The mind that you use, I call the Linear Level of the Mind. It is one of four levels of the mind. Each level has its own unique function to help you fulfill your life purpose. Unfortunately, most people spend their whole life in this linear level of the mind and use it for things it’s not made to do.

In our 2 day Trauma Release (April 6-7), we will spend some time showing you 3 other levels of the mind and how to use them so you can actually create the life you want. 

During the course of two days, we’ll do 4 Effiji Breathwork sessions, learn movement to train trauma patterns out of the body and receive valuable insight and guidance about what you can’t see that is affecting the manifestation of your best self in your life. 

When you can see, everything changes.
