Private Sessions
The Effiji Breath experience is a mysterious journey. Done in a private session, you’ll come face-to-face with obstacles that keep you from living your most full, purposeful life.
These obstacles come in the form of patterns, traumas, overthinking, and old, stuck energetic material that gets excavated during the breathwork process.
I am there to guide you and help you clear the energy, so that you come out of it feeling more peaceful and clear in your mind.
A private session IS the deep end of the ocean where we get to connect, co-create the space, and work towards your total liberation.

Over the course of 2 to 3 hours, we’ll have the opportunity to explore the details of where you feel blocked or stuck, and clarify what you need to move forward with clarity and momentum.

A private setting amongst friends and family is an extraordinary opportunity for deep connection and healing.
A small group gathering is for 3 or more people at a location provided by you, at my studio in Germantown, Louisville, KY, or online.
