Effiji Breath Guided by Sarah Charmoli
Sarah Charmoli is a guide, facilitator, and long-time steward of the Effiji practice, working alongside founder Elijah Nisenboim for over 13 years. Her work lives at the intersection of breath, nervous system regulation, and embodied self-leadership.
With Effiji, Sarah supports people who are not looking to be “fixed,” but who feel a clear pull toward refinement, clarity, and forward momentum. Her approach is grounded, intuitive, and precise—helping students meet what is present, release what no longer serves, and take the next honest step in their lives.
Sarah’s facilitation is shaped by years of immersive practice, study, and lived experience. She brings a steady, attuned presence to each session, creating spaces that are both deeply regulating and quietly catalytic. Rather than chasing peak experiences, her work emphasizes integration, discernment, and sustainable transformation.
At Effiji, Sarah serves as both a guide and a voice of the practice—holding its philosophy with care while translating it into accessible, modern language for today’s seekers, leaders, and creatives.
Journey Dance with Shaye Troha
In 2018, Shaye had a miraculous and harmonious combination of her connection with movement, performing, leadership, healing and community and became a Journey Dance facilitator.
What is JourneyDance? JourneyDance is a movement experience, a dance therapy, that allows you to get out of your head and into your heart. The experience is about freedom, joy, and creating a close connection to yourself that we all deeply need in this time on our planet.
In JourneyDance we dance without mirrors to release judgement of ourselves and others. It’s not about learning steps; it’s about revealing, recovering and re-discovering our natural, intuitive movement. We activate our imaginations and utilize diverse forms of improvisational dance, yoga, and ritual to a soundtrack of inspiring music, guiding us through a process of freedom.
