Sarah Charmoli
In 2012, Sarah was living in Los Angeles, chasing her dream as an actress while running a dog-walking business for some pretty well-known clients. When things didn’t pan out as she hoped, she found herself in the Bay Area, helping a friend of Elijah Nisenboim’s, founder of Effiji Breathwork, who was a student of his at the time. Within a month, she was diving into the admin side of Effiji, and before long, she was running the whole show. Little did she know, this journey would take her around the world over the next eight years, transform her into a guide and teacher for thousands.
Fast forward to late 2019: on a train from Beijing to Shanghai, Sarah and Elijah made the decision to become 50/50 business partners and co-teachers at Effiji. We were ready to tackle the ups and downs of the wellness world together—just in time for Covid to throw a wrench in our plans.
In Human Design, Sarah embodies what’s known as “the vessel of love.” She creates an atmosphere filled with unconditional love, engaging with others passionately and from the heart. She skillfully handles the admin and business side of Effiji, allowing others to explore their true selves in a nurturing environment, as well as offering her own sessions monthly in Louisville, Lexington, and Southern Indiana.
