- These breathwork classes are conducted over Zoom
- Once registration is complete, you'll be sent an email with the meeting information
- A stable wifi connection is necessary. And your video ON is required.
- Prior to the class beginning, set up your breathing area. You’ll be laying on your back, so a mat, blankets, pillows, and waterare helpful tools.
- It is imperative that you join the Zoom call with your video turned on. We are responsible for what happens here and we need to see you to guide properly.
- If you need something during the class, use the CHAT function on Zoom to communicate with your facilitator.
