The 4 week masterclass is an excellent way to get engaged. The format of a breath session followed by a check in with Sarah the next day was extremely beneficial to me. Breathwork was a completely new experience for me, so trying it for four weeks helped me get an introduction without feeling overwhelmed or overcommitted. It was enough for me to realize that there is something working within me when I participate.

Effiji Breathwork

Effiji Breathwork is a tool we use to open up the body energetically. It’s a way to come into contact with your inner world on all levels; the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. 

Guidance

Part of the powerful effect of the breathwork is being able to consciously integrate the experiences into your daily life. We all need help to see ourselves better and more clearly. Receiving guidance around your specific process enhances the transformation and points you in a clear direction. 

Movement

The breathwork helps us to open the energy of the body. Movement practices train that energy. We use internal martial arts practices to train the energy to work for us from the inside out. When your energy gets trained, you can start to live more fully from your soul self. 

BREATH IS LIFE

So what happens in the breath? It connects us. We have a mind, but we are not our minds. We have emotions, but we are not our emotions. We have a body, but we are not our bodies. Underneath all that, we are a spirit, a soul, that has incarnated into this density and taken on a mind, emotions and a body, in order to have this experience of being human. The breath helps us step away from the endless identification with our minds and all the rest, so we can see it for what it is, and it lets us have the experience of who we truly are. A bright shiny spirit that is full of love. When we tap into this, we heal. We feel fulfilled. We feel whole. We remember who we are and why we came here. It’s a tremendous relief.
